Services
At CJC we believe that we must support our students in order for them to grow and develop into successful individuals. Therefore the Corozal Junior College offers a range of different student services in order to facilitate the growth and success of our students.
Counseling Services
The Corozal Junior College offers the services of a full-time counselor who focuses on academic, emotional and career counseling. The current counselor (Mrs. Elvie Samos) can be found at the counselor's office, located on the top floor of the Raul Alamilla Building. Students can consult with Mrs. Samos throughout the academic year during the hours of 8:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
Open Lab & Printing
The Open Lab service is offered to give students the opportunity to use the computers to have access to productivity tools, email and the Internet. This allows students to conduct research for specific course assignments and projects. Students can also have access to computers at the library where they can also print their assignments. Students must adhere to the policies in place to use the Service.
Transportation & Parking
The campus is easily accessible through a reliable public transport service. Students in Corozal Town can take a taxi or walk to school. Students from Orange Walk can take a bus leaving the Central Park at Orange Walk Town at 6:30 am which comes directly to CJC. The same bus line offers a returning trip, leaving at 11am, 1pm and 3 pm. Student parking is available on the outside of the campus.
