In this fourth course we introduce theoretical perspectives on adult learning and motivation to strengthen the school leader’s understanding of psychological principles that underlie successful staff development and motivation strategies. The focus will be on developing a comprehensive approach to professional development and teacher supervision to enhance teacher performance and improved student outcomes. The course includes an overview of the pertinent laws and regulations governing schools and the management of teachers.
