This course introduces student-teachers to basic principles of Ethics and Moral Theology and their application to contemporary issues. Through this course students, who may come from widely divergent intellectual and religious backgrounds, will be provided an opportunity for the development of systematic thinking skills, for critical reflection and mature discussions on moral questions from the point of view of Christian belief and values. Student-teachers will also develop and use basic skills for effective lesson planning and instruction.
